                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 801
                   MOUNTAIN CREEK ROAD, FROM R-2 RESIDENTIAL ZONE
                   TO C-5 NEIGHBORHOOD COMMERCIAL ZONE, SUBJECT TO
                   CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 801 Mountain Creek Road,
                described as lot 25, Plat Book 8, Page 46, ROHC. 
                Tax Map No. 117J-C-026.
               
               
         from R-2 Residential Zone to C-5 Neighborhood Commercial Zone.
              SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 
shall
         be subject to the following conditions:
              1.   Attached landscape conditions;
        
              2.   No access to or from Mountain Creek Road; and
        
              3.   All existing easements are retained.

              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
